Why I'm late

There are currently two predominant reasons that we are late everywhere we go. One is Lola's insistence that she put on her own shoes, a process that takes no less than 20 minutes on a good day. The other is her determination to get down the stairs without help, which wouldn't take so long if it weren't for the 5 minute break she deems necessary around two-thirds of the way down. We apologize in advance for our tardiness.
