We went 9 months at daycare without a single incident report. Today Lola came home with two. One was for falling on the hard floor and bumping her head - I suppose a natural outcome of a new walker. Here's the other, transcribed verbatim:

Treatment: Cleaned area, T.L.C.
Description of Incident: While a friend was sitting at the table, Lola approached them. The friend then bit her. I cared for Lola and she soon stopped crying and went back to playing.
