The Final Jeopardy category today was "State Names"
The question was this:
"These are the 2 U.S. States with only one consonant in their names"
I thought this was a fairly easy for final Jeopardy - I'm not saying I'm a Jeopardy savant . . . just that the 2 states that were spelled primarily with vowels popped into my head and then I quickly worked backward to confirm that they only had one consonant. I was mentally chiding Alex Trebek for lobbing such a softball at three players that seemed to know plenty about categories ranging from American Women Novelists to bears. But not a SINGLE one of the players got the answer. Fascinating.
[Spoiler Alert - it's Ohio and Iowa]
