2. Sirens of any kind
3. Honking car horns
4. Cell phone rings (I suppose this only applies to those of us with new cell phones who cannot readily distinguish our own ring from the generic ring on the radio ad)

I could not agree with you more about number 3! Do you know how many times I have slammed on the breaks due to horns in the intro music of a traffic report?
